Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and orders placed with SNP Wholesale LLC (“SNP Wholesale,” “we,” “us”), a company based in Arizona. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. Specific terms written on a quote or order confirmation take priority over these general terms.
Business use
We sell to businesses only, for resale or for use in their own operations. You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business you name.
Quotes, pricing and availability
- A quote request does not commit you or us to an order.
- Quotes are based on availability at the time they are issued and may change until an order is confirmed in writing.
- Phone and electronics availability changes daily; quotes for those products are valid only for the period stated on the quote.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock becomes unavailable or a pricing error is found. If you have already paid, you will be refunded.
Payment
Payment terms are set on each quote. For motor oil orders placed through our wholesale accounts, you pay the supplying warehouse directly at checkout. For other orders, payment is due as stated on the order confirmation, before the goods ship unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Sales tax and resale certificates
If you want to buy tax-exempt for resale, you must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate for your state before the order is placed. You are responsible for the accuracy of that certificate and for any tax due if it is not valid.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather or other events outside our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, or to your freight forwarder if you choose one.
- Inspect shipments on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier.
- Some pool chemicals are regulated hazardous materials. They ship only by carriers and methods permitted under federal rules, which may limit delivery options or add cost.
Product condition and grading
Phones and electronics are sold in the condition stated on the quote (New, Open Box, or Grade A, B or C). Grades describe cosmetic condition and are applied in good faith; minor variation within a grade is normal. Lock status and model details are stated per line.
Shortages, defects and returns
Report shortages, damage or items that don’t match the order within 5 business days of delivery, with photos where possible. Remedies, including replacement, credit or refund, are set on the order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, products carry only the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies, and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Your compliance
You are responsible for handling, storing, using and reselling products in line with applicable laws, labels and safety data sheets, including any export rules that apply when you ship products outside the United States.
